Leftover grilled hamburgers are chopped and tossed with chopped bacon, mayo, and Sargento® Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese.
Ingredients
2 large avocados
2 cooked hamburger patties, crumbled
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup Sargento® Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
3 slices crisp cooked bacon, chopped
Directions
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine crumbled hamburger, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and Sargento® Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese. Microwave 2 minutes or until warmed through and cheese is melted.
Cut avocados in half and carefully remove pits. You may want to scoop out a bit of avocado to make room for the hamburger mixture.
With a spoon, fill avocado halves with hamburger mixture and top with chopped bacon. Plate and serve.
