Avocado halves are filled with pulled pork and topped with barbecue sauce and Sargento Fine Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, diced red onion and spicy pickle slices.

Ingredients
  • 2 large avocados
  • 12 oz. prepared pulled pork
  • 3 oz. barbecue sauce
  • 1/2 cup Sargento® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 8 spicy pickle slices
Directions
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine pulled pork, barbecue sauce and Sargento® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut. Microwave 2 minutes or until warmed through and cheese is melted.
  2. Cut avocados in half and carefully remove pits. You may want to scoop out a bit of avocado to make room for the pulled pork mixture.
  3. With a spoon, fill avocado halves with pulled pork mixture and top with diced red onion and spicy pickle slices. Plate and serve.
