Avocado halves are filled with pulled pork and topped with barbecue sauce and Sargento Fine Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, diced red onion and spicy pickle slices.
Ingredients
2 large avocados
12 oz. prepared pulled pork
3 oz. barbecue sauce
1/2 cup Sargento® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut
1/4 cup red onion, diced
8 spicy pickle slices
Directions
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine pulled pork, barbecue sauce and Sargento® Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese - Fine Cut. Microwave 2 minutes or until warmed through and cheese is melted.
Cut avocados in half and carefully remove pits. You may want to scoop out a bit of avocado to make room for the pulled pork mixture.
With a spoon, fill avocado halves with pulled pork mixture and top with diced red onion and spicy pickle slices. Plate and serve.
