Place the 2 chicken breasts into a medium mixing bowl and season with ground cumin, paprika, lime juice, honey and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a medium skillet with vegetable oil over medium heat. Place seasoned chicken breasts onto the pan and cook 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove from the heat. Set chicken aside to cool. Once cooled, slice seasoned chicken into strips.
Place the sliced chicken onto the two tortillas. Then add Sargento® Ultra Thin® Sliced Provolone Cheese, shredded radicchio, and carrots evenly to each tortilla. Roll each tortilla and serve.
