Lean ground turkey, sweet onion and taco seasoning cooked together then piled high on corn tortillas with Sargento® Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese, diced tomato, black olives and homemade guacamole. 

Ingredients
  • 16 ozs. Ground turkey (85% lean)
  • 1 cup Sweet onion, diced
  • 1 pkg. Low sodium taco seasoning
  • 12 Corn tortillas (6 inch), warmed
  • 2 cups Sargento® Shredded Colby-Jack Cheese
  • 1 med. Tomato, diced
  • 1 cup Sliced black olives
  • 1 ½ cups Guacamole, prepared
Directions
  1. Brown ground turkey In a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add onion and cook until onion is softened. Add taco seasoning and water. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, grill or warm tortillas in microwave to soften. Wrap with damp paper towels and keep warm on a plate until ready to serve.
  3. To serve: Spoon prepared taco meat onto each warm corn tortilla. Top with cheese, tomatoes, black olives and guacamole. Enjoy.
